Here's how Cintesi Click & Collect works:
1. Select items and add to cart.
At checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' box, and select the store you’d like to collect from.
Auckland collections will incur a $19 collection charge.
2. We pick the order and dispatch.
Tauranga collections:
All stock is located in Tauranga - our warehouse team will process and pick your order; we will do our best to this ready within 2-3 business day.
Auckland collections:
Our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your order. We’ll do our best to have it there within 3-5 business days. All stock comes from our Tauranga warehouse.
3. We’ll call you.
Once your order arrives or is ready for collection at your preferred store, one of our team will give you a call to let you know your order is ready for collection.
4. You collect your order.
Pop in-store during opening hours – you’ll find these below
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
Saturday & Sunday CLOSED
Tauranga collections:
If you want to order and collect an item from Tauranga on the same day, please contact us directly 07 577 6138.
Auckland collections:
Please note, we do not offer same day Click & Collect in Auckland as all stock is held in our Tauranga warehouse.
- Due to limited space, we require collections to be completed within 14 days from notification of their arrival to the Auckland showroom.
- If not collected within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded less the freight charges to the Auckland showroom and back to Tauranga warehouse.
- If you wish to delay your collection please advise on your order or contact us directly, so we can make necessary arrangements to store.
