Returns & Exchanges Policy


Our guarantee.

Our products are crafted in stylish designs using hard-wearing materials. We hope you will love them as much as we do, but if for some reason you decide they aren’t quite right then we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.


Change of mind policy.

The 14-day money back guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch from the Cintesi warehouse.

Where a product is within the 14-day period and a refund is requested, Cintesi will refund the original product purchase price.

The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

  • Delivery charges from Cintesi to the customer

  • Cost to return the product to Cintesi

  • Auckland click and collect fee

Where delivery was FREE of charge based on the minimum spend, and a return is requested, the customer is liable for freight both ways (as above) at the applicable rate.

Returned goods must be unused and unaltered, original packaging intact and with all accessories. Cintesi reserves the right to charge a re-packing fee for any items not in the original state.

Cintesi will arrange for collection of the items with our carrier.
The refund (less any fees) will be processed once the goods have arrived at Cintesi.
Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14-day money back guarantee.
Cintesi reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to return Commercial orders or if the product required assembly.
Cintesi reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.


How to make a return:

  1. Contact us via email or on call – please have your document number handy.

  2. Cintesi will require photos of the unused and unaltered items with original packaging intact (email these to your contact person).

  3. When the item(s) are ready for collection, Cintesi will arrange pickup with our preferred carrier. (Please note this will not occur the same day; allow 24 hours for scheduling.)

  4. Once items have been returned to the Cintesi Tauranga warehouse and inspected, we will process the refund less any fees.


Faulty or incorrect goods return.

Where an item is found to be faulty, Cintesi will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in the Change of Mind Policy section above.


Clearance product returns policy.

Please choose sale items carefully, as we can’t return or exchange them due to a change of mind.

If you received a clearance item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please read the Faulty or Incorrect Goods Return section above.
