Shipping
Order processing & dispatch.
You can expect orders to be processed and dispatched from our Tauranga warehouse within 48-72 hours from receiving full payment, unless you have otherwise requested. These timeframes can alter at peak times of the year. For out-of-stock items you can expect the same time frame, which will be determined by the expected delivery date of the shipment.
Our warehouse hours are 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
New Zealand standard shipping.
Our usual delivery timeframes are 2–3 working days for North Island main centres, 3–5 working days for general North Island and 5–7 working days for the South Island. These are indicative timeframes and can vary during peak freight periods (Nov–Jan).
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We have a standard rate that will be applied $100 for North Island (non-rural) and $200 for South Island (non-rural). These standard delivery costs exclude commercial orders.
Our primary freight partners are Aramex and Mainfreight.
If you are having any trouble completing your purchase at checkout, such as issues with your delivery address, please email support@cintesi.co.nz and we will be happy to help you complete your order.
Rural delivery.
Rural delivery is not included in our standard delivery rates. You will receive a notification at checkout if your delivery address falls outside our carriers' normal delivery zones, you can either, provide an alternative address for delivery or get in contact via phone or support@cintesi.co.nz so we can provide a quote for delivery.
Delivery service.
Orders are delivered boxed and unassembled as standard. Please note, some items will require assembly. We can offer package removal and an assembly service for local Tauranga based deliveries – these will be based on property accessibility, so please discuss options with our staff.
Tracking your order.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming it's on the way, including your tracking number. Once delivered, please check the condition of your item/s. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with support@cintesi.co.nz within 3 days of delivery.
Click & collect.
Buy online anytime, anywhere, and pickup your items at one of our showrooms. This service is available from both our Tauranga and Auckland showrooms.
Simply select collect and the location at checkout. Auckland collections will incur a $29 collection charge.
Tauranga collections: All stock is located in Tauranga - our warehouse team will process and pick your order, we will do our best to this ready within 2-3 business day. If you want to order and collect an item from Tauranga on the same day, please contact us directly 07 577 6138.
Auckland collections: Our warehouse team will pick and dispatch your order. We’ll do our best to have it there within 3-5 business days. All stock comes from our Tauranga warehouse. Same day click & collect is unavailable in Auckland as all stock is held in our Tauranga warehouse.
Once your order arrives or is ready for collection at your preferred store, one of our team will give you a call to let you know your order is ready for collection. Pop in-store during opening hours 8.30 – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 – 4pm Fridays.
